false labor 3 days over due

I thought I was in labor last night... we even called labor and delivery... and nothing today!!!!!! I want her out!!! I was having cramping and sharp pains in or near my cervix and lower back pain. On and off for like 3 hours, so we called and the nurse said it may be starting or it may just be my cervix softening and dilating... she said I didn't need to start timing until they get bad enough that I can't talk through them. She suggested trying to go to sleep and see what happens. So I finally fell asleep sure I would be going in... and woke up to nothing.... so frustrating!!!!!!!! False labor I guess.... I hope it atleast means it's coming soon! I just needed to vent!!!
