Sore stomach?

Anyone else's stomach just really sore? Like hurts to move, bend over, and touch it? Feels very bloated and sore. Not sure what's causing it?

Is it like having sun burn on you stomach and then sliding clothes over the sun burn? I've been experiencing that the past few days it's dead uncomfortable and there's nothing there to show for it

I was told my muscles might be separating. I believe it's called diastis recti or something similar

Your insides are getting moved around, stretched, and depending on how big baby is, beat up on a regular basis. I suggest a belly band for support? It really helped me because at a our 30 weeks I'd randomly feel like I did 500 sit ups even if I did literally nothing but lay on the couch that day. The band helped a lot
