Not pregnancy related and a little lengthy, but I needed to vent!

I'm so fed up with UPS! Last week, I had ordered a few things from Amazon and had them shipped to my husband's office..like we always do. One package came FedEx, no problem. I had ordered two of the same curtains, which for some reason each shipped separately, both with UPS. One was delivered with no problem. But the other was sent back to Amazon because of a problem with the address??? They told me there wasn't anything they could do, it was already on its way back, so I would just have to reorder it. Well, I waited until I got the refund for it and went to reorder it only to find out that it's an add-on item and will only ship with a qualifying order of $25 or more. I'm not ordering more stuff just to get my curtain that UPS sent back! I told my husband he needs to call Amazon because I'm done dealing with it..so we'll see what happens with that. And then yesterday, I got home from work to a note from UPS on the door to our building that they had tried to deliver a package but nobody was here to sign for it so they would try again tomorrow. It was very clearly marked that somebody needed to be here to sign for it. The only thing I was waiting on was my pump, which I was told would not need to be signed for but okay. Also, packages that need to be signed for are supposed to be left in the leasing office if nobody is home to sign for them..at least that's what we've been told. Oh well, I don't work Fridays so I just made sure to get up early and spent literally all morning in the living room waiting for UPS. I had some things I wanted to get done in our bedroom, but wanted to make sure I could hear them in case they knocked on our door instead of using the buzzer at the front door. Also wanted to go for a long walk with the dogs, but was worried I would miss UPS. Nobody has buzzed or knocked. Roommate just left, found my package sitting outside our door. SERIOUSLY?? I don't mind that they left it since that's what I was expecting in the first place, but why would they have not left it yesterday and instead left us a note saying it needed to be signed for?? Ugh what a waste of my morning! I know my pregnancy hormones just have me way more upset about it than I should be, but really, it is a little ridiculous right?
