How do the rest of you overcome the depression and sadness?

I guess my period is coming....my temp is dropping. :( fertility friend had me to start my period today at 14dpo and cycle day 25. When I didn't start, it jumped it up to tomorrow. Glow has me to start Sunday, cycle day 27 and 16 dpo. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
