Discouraged

I went to the doctor's today they did a pregnancy test and it came back negative they did send me to get lab work then to see if I'm pregnant I took a home pregnancy test it was positive yesterday I took another one today after the doctor's appointment and it was positive again. I don't understand why the doctors pregnancy test was negative??? Now that I'm thinking about it it wasn't my first morning urine at the doctor's office
