I run a restaurant and as apart of our uniform 'policy' we can wear our own pants, there are no specific pants. I have this one employee who is ALWAYS in these tight leggings that do not fit her, her ass crack is always showing. I want to be polite about telling her she needs to wear new pants. But how do I go about it? She is technically wearing leggings. So how do I explain to her that she's not dressed appropriately.
