So at this point I'm a little fed up with birth control. I was on the Depo Shot for three months and noticed moodiness, a loss in appetite, and a horribly low sex drive. My Gynecologist recommended the Nuva ring, as there is a much lower hormone count, but I noticed about six months in, my sex drive was no better, and worse when I did want to have sex, I was dry as a desert. Not to mention my anxiety has gotten worse and I noticed generally feeling sad. I've read a little about the ParaGard and wondered if anyone might have some advice regarding IUDs, or another BC method.
