Pregnant or not?

Hi all I'm new to glow and thought maybe I could get some advice. 10/13 was my LMP since coming off the pill in Sept. on 23 I'm positive I ovulated since I feel it monthly. 10/25 I could feel myself getting pregnant. Sounds weird but I have felt it with each of my 3 children. On 11/2 I had light pink spotting that turned heavy on 11/4 today nothing not a drop of blood. I took home test but negative and a blood test today but no results yet. Can implantation be that heavy? Is it possible I'm too early to read positive. Any thoughts?
