Son is 4 months old and I'm 7 weeks pregnant.

I suffered with infertility for 8 years before recently having my son Leonidas. I was told we didn't need birth control by my ob, because I can't conceive without meds. Well now I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I'm so terrified of having 2 under the age of 1. I also have a 10 year old daughter as well. Please tell me I'm not the only one that will be having 2 under 1???
