Pregnancy know it alls

Is anyone else sick of pregnancy know it alls. I've been really trying to listen to what my doctor says and not let other people chime in but it's like every chance someone gets to tear you down for everything you do. It's so frustrating. I'm literally ready to strangle everyone. My mother in law at the top and f that list. Even more than that she had her kids over 22 years ago son doctors don't do things exactly the same and she literally told me my doctors an idiot.. and he's my husband uncle (from his dad's side) and he's been a doctor for 35 years and she's the one who insisted I go to him. I'm seriously so over being shamed for everything my doctor says to do.
