Advice please..?

So I noticed not a lot reapond but im hoping someone will this time. So I had green days took some ovulation test probably about five days ago or a little more. They cane out positive though glow told me it was probably a false since I wasnt ovulating even though my days were green. I got confused but thought it was just a technical mistake. Now this morning I have a light bleeding. Very spotty and not a deep red more like a pink and it hasnt increased and it's starting to go away. Ive had some pinching in my sides by my ovaries or where they would be but nothing major just slight pinching or cramping. Could these be early signs or is it still to early for these even to be happening? Im not sure what to exactly look for with it being so soon. And ive seen some talking about implantation bleeding and such so I meed some advice could this be what im experiencing and when is it time to test?
