7 weeks, bleeding, and bed rest!!

This entire pregnancy has had me on edge! I went 4 weeks without knowing I was pregnant due to receiving all negative pregnancy tests results, and then when it was finally confirmed that I was pregnant...the doctors have had me on bed rest! I've missed almost  two weeks of work & 1 week of school. The whole entire pregnancy (even before I found out I was) I've been cramping like my period was about to start. The doctor told me that was normal as long as I wasn't bleeding. Then I started spotting a pink discharge and cramping which the doctor said that was also fine but they put me on bed rest just to be sure. And yesterday I started bleeding blood. No clots..but everytime I would pee lots of blood would come out with my urine. And when I wiped i could see that it was red blood...so I went to the emergency room due to it being the weekend and my obgyn being closed and they pretty much said what my obgyn said the last time they seen which was last week...that the baby was fine..I have a sis on my left ovary and a vaginal infection which they had me taking metronidazole for 5 days to try to get rid of it...but they don't know what's causing the bleeding whether it's the sis or infection... even though they keep saying the baby is fine, it's still freaking me out. I'm so afraid of miscarrying being that this pregnancy is not going smoothly.. As anyone else had this problem??? Did your baby turn out fine??
