my neighbors😑😑😑

i live in an apartment complex & have the rudest downstairs neighbors. every weekend they play their music so loud😑 to the point where my furniture vibrates. you aren't in a single family home you can't play you're music THAT LOUD. i shouldn't be able to hear every word to the song. & to top it off its 9:50 IN THE MORNING. wtf.
