advice/help please

So my boyfriend (16) and I (15) are both virgins and have already discussed how far we would go in our relationship sexually, and we agreed to draw the line before it gets too far (sex or anything going in my lady area). That was until the other night when he was here, we discussed it again and (just to mention) we were both in a very sexual mood and we were about to push that line. We started talking about sex and how he could go and get condoms and stuff and he did also say if I didn't want to we can wait (I'm also on the pill). Now I know that mentally I'm still too young for that and I'm not yet ready but physically I want to and I get so many urges to do so too! Should we wait or should we try something or should we not do anything new because I'm on mixed emotions?

Please don't get angry or anything I would just like some advice, it's been on my mind since so.
