Nothing - just kept at it! I always tracked my cycles and used OPKs for assistance. Been pregnant four times and fortunately each time took 5 months or less of trying.

Preseed and sex e/o day the whole month

We actually tried lol my cycle is super irregular and unpredictable so we used ovulation test strips from Clear Blue to determine when I was ovulating. We took advantage of those fertile days and BAM! Pregnant after the first month of trying haha it helps that he had just returned home from 12 months overseas. We hadn't had sex in a year so we were having sex every day at that point haha
