Antidepressants during pregnancy

So this is my first pregnancy and I have been on the antidepressant nortriptyline 25mg for about a year - I am taking it for severe migraines. I had my first ob appointment last week and she told me to call my neurologist to see what her input was on me continuing them through pregnancy - she did not recommend it and said I would have to see a high risk doctor if I needed to continue them. My neurologist told me to stop them immediately and there was nothing else I could take. Everything I read online said I should taper off but I figured my doctor should know best. Today is my first day off of them and I've been vomiting and shaking and completely weak. Anyone else have to stop medication during pregnancy? I'm only 9 weeks and my next ob appointment is Wednesday
