Check for breast cancer
So the quiz today said checking for breast cancer is recommended at age 21, but that's not true :( Mammograms are recommended for age 21 but, most OB/GYNs encourage self checking as young as age 13.
It helps you begin to understand what is normal for your breasts.
So please. Teach your young ones early on how to check themselves. Breast cancer is not prejudice to age.
