getting pregnant after a miscarriage

I've been trying for the last 5 months to get pregnant. Before that I had a miscarriage I was six weeks but the baby couldn't be found in the sonogram. It's not believed to be a tubular pregnancy because I did not experience no pain during the pregnancy only during the miscarriage. It's been 5 months and I'm still not pregnant. At the check up I was told I was fine. Should I seek fertility help?
