Anyone else do Kegel exercises to music??

I was doing Kegels while driving and Drake's Motto came on and before I knew it my contractions were in sync with the rhythm of the symbals!! I felt kind of silly at first but figured if I make it a habit my 😻 will be super tight! 💪💪

Lol I never did it to music but ill give it try. I do do them at random times yesterday we had a meeting at work and I found my self doing them. Then all of a sudden I heard my boss say "Kim, what you think about that idea." I was like sorry I zoned out and everybody started laughing.
