I wouldn't use it if your cycles are regular and even if they aren't I would only take a pill like once every third day.  Wish I could give you the bottle I ordered lol.  I also have vitex tincture that I'll never use.  It definitely intensifies ovulation,  but it can really mess stuff up if you're not careful.

Does macca root help if you Dont have regular cycles? Where do you find the pill form?

My hubby and I tried it but it seemed like damiana leaves (capsule form)  worked for us. We both took it for 3 weeks straight and that cycle we conceived!
