Am i out 😣

So me and my hubby have been trying for 4 years I have pcos, I am so convinced I'm preggo this month but still sure I'm gonna come on if you know what I mean ( that thought is always haunting me ) , I normally have horrible spots and boobs hurt so bad a week before I come on but nothing, I'm 12 dpo, due on the 7th of november, woke up this morning had awful cramps which I never have before AF and my nipples hurt, am I out? Would he the best Xmas present to find out I'm pregnant this month!! Any input would be much appreciated
