Tylenol pm safe or not?

I'm in my third trimester and I've always tooken Tylenol but the store ran out of regular Tylenol so I picked up Tylenol pm for a headache and hip pain, is it safe????

It's just Tylenol and Benadryl combined, both are safe during pregnancy!

It's safe to use according to my doctor. My only problem I've had taking it is it seems to give me nightmares.

My midwife said it is safe, but that there is research in it causing ADHD? Idk I still take extra strength probably once a week due to back lower back pain.
