Chances of first baby born late?

People usually say or i hear that the first born is usually 2 weeks early or 2 weeks late. Is it a myth or how accurate? Im 31 weeks today, my apt yesterday i measured at 30 weeks. Close but i still really don't want to wait longer than i have too !

Everyone's different, but they say your first is usually late. My first daughter was only one day late (born on her Daddy's birthday).

I was 10 days overdue. My sister and sister in law were both about a week early with their first. I think it just  depends on the person.

My first was born at 40wks 1day but my labor started on the night of my due date n my second was born at 40wks exactly.

Mine decided he didn't want to come on his own, so had to get induced.

My midwife told me they expect firstborns to be late. But I'm still pregnant with my first so not sure if that'll be correct.
