They say kids sense things...

My youngest daughter gave me this saying she had a present for her baby brother ( I'll be 10 weeks Monday so idk what we're having yet) then proceed to give me a twin trolls sticker. I've had this weird feeling that I might be having twins (hopefully not but if I do it's okay) do you think this is a sign or am I thinking too far into things? Just wondering since I know children sense things we don't always do.
