pumped breast milk

I'm putting freshly expressed breast milk in the fridge. Question is, can I pull this bottle out after it's chilled and leave it on my nightstand at room temp until I need it for her night feeding? Or do I need to leave it in the fridge and use the bottle warmer when she needs it?
