Contractions at 32 weeks

Ive been contracting and cramping for 3 days straight now... Midwife gave me a lame ass excuse of dehydration even tho im drinking 4+ liters a day and pee is clear. Fluids dont make it stop and they get strong every once in a while. Very irregular as of right now tho. Nothing helps so i dont think they are braxton hicks. Anyone have contractions this early and make it to 36 weeks?
