Do you take showers so hot your bathroom steams &a body turns red?

My boyfriend always makes fun of me because my showers are sooooo hot. My body turns red and the bathroom feels with steam & becomes super foggy. I hate being hot unless it's in the shower & im just interested if anyone else can't shower w their boyfriend because of this? I'm high and am thinking way into this, but is there any scientific reason? Googling it shows other couples have the same issues
