is anyone having these problems?!😟

So I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my stomach hasn't dropped! My doctor checked my cervix on Friday and she said that my baby is still high up so she couldn't sweep my membranes and I'm not in labor. No dilation or anything. He's head down though. When did your baby drop down? How many weeks? Also when I feel like I really have to pee and I go, hardly anything is coming out and then I have to go again like ten minutes later. This just started this week and it driving me crazy. Idk what to do😑
