condom missing !!

So last Friday I finally did it with my FWB and the condom was missing after. I tried to put my hand and I didn't feel anything. I was feeling sick but I thought it was just mood swings. Today we did it twice, and I felt my period coming right after, I went to the bathroom and the missing condom just slip out and now I'm worried if it could do anything to my body?? I'm feeling sick to my stomach right now
