I don't have pcos Im just not ovulating monthly.

I've only ever been late a day or two. I've never missed a period! Thank you, body!

Idk if this counts but I didn't get my period back after I had my daughter until she was 9 months and I didn't get it back with my son u til he was 10 months.

Besides that I've only ever missed a month.

I went 8 months without a period and finally went to my doctor who diagnosed me with PCOS. I'm not saying that's your case just my personal experience.
