I want more from my boyfriend

Hi! Are there any of you who know the feeling that your boyfriend does not feel like one and turn on you? My boyfriend says he turns on my appearance and when we kiss and touch each other, but we did not touch much on each other and we kiss not as intimate as we can do. When I talk to him about it he thinks I will argue and he will not talk about it and say it's me who has problems because he loves me. I know he loves me but we do not have much sex and I like to have one twice a week and he says he will but when I try, I feel rejected and I do not know what to do?
