CM and OPK HELP??? 😩

I've been ttc for over a year with my fiancé. I just finished round 2 of Clomid this month and got my first opk 2 days ago followed by another positive yesterday. Well of course me and my fiancé were fighting which seems to happen at this time every month🙄 but my question is this...Is it still possible I haven't ovulated yet? I've been checking my CM and it's still creamy and has never been clear or EWCM. I'm so confused do I go by my CM or my opk? I'm hoping there's still a chance for me this month. 😢
