I conceived my first child now 4 while having pcos natural. I didn't know I even had pcos until after she was born.  We have been trying for baby #2 for two years with no luck. My doctor started me on femara this cycle. I will take my first 5mg tonight bc I am afraid of the side effects. Has anyone had this problem before? I don't understand why without even ttc I got pregnant with my daughter but now I can't. So frustrating. Baby dust to all you ladies and lots of prayers for our little miracles.
