Rhesus negative O blood type?!

Anyone else rhesus negative o bloody type? I've been reading up on it and I'm slightly worried about problems during pregnancy. I'm TTC at the moment and very worried about this, especially having the worst phobia of needles! Any advise / information appreciated.😊

Both me an my sister are o negative, my sister has 3 beautiful girls and I'm currently pregnant with my first I did miscarriage early this year and needed to take a shot for my blood type so that it would effect my chances of getting pregnant again which is the same shot you'll take at 7 months while your pregnant and they'll check thr baby's blood type for extra precautions during labor, because the blood type is rare your blood can't mix with with the baby's blood so get prepared for lots of blood work
