how to tell the hubby it's time to prepare

Okay I'm 31 weeks today and I'm still working full time and a full time student, I'm finishing my master's before baby. We have started to get some baby things from family members and my shower but our house doesn't look like a babies gonna come into it. Crib isn't set up, new changing table dresser hasn't been moved in, nothing set up or organized. I'm worried I'm gonna be too tired and with the holidays so close that we have to do it all now. He is under the impression that it will just take a few hours and we can wait it's fine. But I want it done. How do I approach this with out sounding like a bitch, cause most of the work he has to do.
