This is getting frustrating...

I'm having the WORSE time trying to gain.

I was so proud of myself when I got up to 139 lbs as of 2 days ago (10 lb weight gain), but I just weighed myself this morning and I'm back down to 134.

It's not like I'm not eating!!! I mean last night for dinner alone, I had Bahn mi, pho, and vermicelli with pork. In. One. Sitting.

HOW DID I LOSE WEIGHT😖😖😖

I'm doing the shake diet, too. What am I missing guys?
