I took vitex for 3 months. Two weeks ago I stopped taking vitex cold turkey. And ever since then I started having spotting which then turned into bleeding like a period. It just now started getting more of a medium flow with clots. And while I was on the vitex my periods were very light and didn't get heavy like it usually would and didn't have any clots like normal. So I'm wondering if this is a buildup from my periods the past 3 months while I was on vitex or if it's from quitting the vitex and if that's why I've been bleeding for like 3 weeks. Everything was normal until I stopped the vitex.
