Back pain

Anyone else unable to lift up their toddlers anymore because of back pain? I feel so bad I can't pick up my 2 year old because I instantly have back pain and sometimes pelvic pressure. I'm only 15 weeks, I have no idea how I'm going to get through the next 25 weeks if I can't pick him up. :/ Going to ask the doctor about this Tuesday but anyone else ever experience this?
