How and when are going to announce?

We have family pictures Friday and I think we will take one and save it for an announce that around Christmas. If I can hide it that long. This is my 3rd pregnancy. 
I need ideas! I'm think we take a picture with a sign that says "And then there were 5" with my husband's and sons' hands on my belly.

We have family pictures on the 12th of this month and we are going to be a "Promoted to Big Brother" picture  and we are going to announce Christmas (couple weeks after the first ultrasound) going to put the picture in picture frames for everyone!

I'm having family pictures done dec4th. It was already planned last month. Now that we are pregnant we will add one shot to the session. My daughter will hold a sign saying " only child expiring July 2017". The pictures should be ready by Christmas and we will announce it that way on facebook. Our family's will find out on thanksgiving I made boxes to give to them.

We're telling my husbands parents this weekend, they'll be the first to know. It's his moms birthday and she'll be so excited! My family we will probably wait a bit to tell them. Everyone else will find out after 12 weeks.

I mailed 2 pink hearts and a tiny yellow heart  (with July written on it) that I cut from cardstock to my family and closest friends.  I knew it was a win when I made one and gave the envelope to my husband and his face lit up!!!   I had to remind him I didn't take pregnancy test yet to confirm.... but we pretty much knew anyway.  I took test a few days later and we mailed out the following week.
