how to tone up?
Summer is right around the corner, and I'm a healthy weight, yet I have a tummy I'm trying to get rid of.
I'm going on holidays on November 30, so I'm trying to get in shape by then. I know exercise is a big part of it, but I'm not really sure what exercises to do, and I'm really shit at dieting (as of tomorrow, I'm cutting down on sugar and I'm going to stop eating out of boredom).
Does anyone have any tips?
