Hcg levels slowly going up please help !!!

I had a mc in June.. We just found out I was pg again LAST FRIDAY which makes me around5 weeks . but unfortunately I'm super down because my hcg levels are rising very slowly Monday 31 120 Wednesday the second 238 and Saturday the 5th they were only at 259 I spotted a little Saturday night and ended up in the emergency room . I was supposed to see my ob Monday for more blood work and a ultrasound I am o negative also I am terrified that we are going to lose this one also PLEASE ANY ONE HAVE THEIR HCG TISE. SLOW AN STILL HAVE A HEALTHY BABY
