Have you started your birth plan?

Question

I'm due on 10th Jan, got my 31 week midwife appointment on Tuesday and we have to start the birth plan. 
I'm feeling confused and unsure of what I want.
I've always liked the idea of a water birth but it seriously limits pain control. I want it to be as safe as possible and understand things change on the day.
If you have a water birth and it gets too much can you change your mind? 
What would your ideal plan be?

Im doing, All natural, dont offer meds unless asked for. So catching baby if hospital allows and Delayed cord clamping. After baby is born skin to skin for atleast an hr. Then baby can be weighed. Baby doesnt leave room. No hep b shot. Oral vitamin k instead of injection... Etc. It's nice to have a plan that doctors and nurses can go by. Just keep an open mind to changes

Don't stress too much over the plan. Birth can't be predicted and if you get set on a plan and something changes out of your control it can be upsetting. Try to be flexible and enjoy the moment for what it is, not necessarily the moment you "planned." 
I didn't mind having an epidural but I was so excited to give birth and have skin to skin, but got neither because of a csection and it crushed for me over a year. Now I wish I wouldn't have let that happen and I would have just enjoyed the moment for what it was. 
Remember, the end goal is a healthy baby and mama so however you get there isn't as much of a concern 😉

I really want to go all natural, but I'm remaining flexible. I'd like to avoid a c-section at all costs, if possible as well. I'd absolutely love a water birth but I'm pretty sure my hospital doesn't offer it as an option, and I have no other places as an option because of where I live. One thing I'm 100% on is delayed cord clamping, I want it delayed at least 90 seconds. There's not much else I'm really set on.

If I can do it without a c section I'd like to, just for the lower recovery time, but I'm gonna be prepared in case I have to have one for any reason

I havent started mine but im going for all natural my husband knows and so does my reg ob and my high risk ob but i also know that if i need it the pain meds are there i wanted the epidural with my son he came preemie and the dr was in a c section so by the time he got to me i was already 9 going to 10cm and ready to push the epidural never had a chance to kick in but we did it pushed for 10 mins and he was out pain med free the only reason they allowed me to get the epidural was because i was not only in pain but i was puking blood and was getting slightly weak and disoriented and also i dont think they really realized how far dilated i was until they had put it in

You can change your approach but once you get so far theres no going back

I'm pretty straight forward. Scheduled c-section, take her away to make sure everything is fine, then give her to my husband. Not into the whole skin to skin, delayed cord clamping stuff. Just want her out and healthy/whole.
