std ? please help

I decided today that I wanted to have a check down there (vagina) and I did and when I looked the seemed to be this pimple like thing, it looked part of a the vagina (clitorous like a little while at the top not the peeing hole) until I saw this brown spray thing in it and I wanted to like squeeze it out but I was kinda hard so I  decided to do it gentely and it's like at an angle (keep in mind it's very sensitive but I'm a germaphobic so I wanted it out) and when I did try and remove it brown stuff came out and it was berry little probably the size of the hole on a pen lit and as I carried on squeezing it out it then turned a cream colour and I thought it was like a pimple
