my wits end

What do you Mamas do when your at your absolute wits end with your child(ren)? My son (18 months) refused to sleep last night. Didn't fall asleep until 1am and was up bright and early at 6am AND I had to get up with him twice between those times. This morning....into EVERYTHING! Had an hour long nap compared to his usual 1 1/2 hours. Cause you know....5ish hours of sleep is plenty 😒 he's being extra "busy" today and I feel like giving up. I'm a single mom so it's not like I have a hubby/bf to help and any family is busy. Don't have much money to go out and do anything. Also...he's not sick or anything so idk what's up with him. Help!!
