Ttc baby no.2

Hi lady's I'm new here...I'm 36 year-old and I've been ttc for 4 month for baby no.2 but nothing happen 😄...my first baby we're using letrozole but for my second we try nothing..my question is : do i have to take letrozole again or not??...please comments if somebody has similar story ...thank you
