When should I test?

So as you can see glow says I was supposed to ovulate from Oct 28th to November 3rd, however during that time I had more creamy discharge rather than eggwhite, but the 26th and 27th is when it was more like eggwhite. For the past 2 days I've been having these pinch like feelings in my lower pelvic area, so I don't know if that's implantation or what? I have a 2 year old now and never had any symptoms except for a missed period and just wondering when would be a logical time to test since I think I ovulated earlier. I've had slight nausea, itchy/sore boobs, and a little more emotional, so I have no idea what's going on haha.
