periods and discharge

So I have had my period for 3-4 years (I use to think discharge stops after periods) but my discharge is regular all exept I get so freakin much like my under wear fills up and my mom says panty liners are a waste of money people in my class (boys and girls) Always ask what that fishy/gross smell is and I know it  is me anyway I get more discharge then a medium flow period is this wierd... I get it more when I'm nervous by my boyfriend/we hug and all also when I'm in gym and active is this irregular
