time change and my pill

So daylight savings time just ended for me, and I have a question about what time I should actually take me pill. I take my pill religiously at 9:45am, but now that we had the time change our clock went an hour back. So my 9:45 time is actually 8:45. Should I just keep it at my 8:45 or move it back to 9:45? And if I want to go back to 9:45 how to I change it to that without losing coverage of pregnancy?
