Do you run fever when pregnant?

I was suppose to start my period Monday so I'm about 6-7 days late. I have took two test both BFN. But the past couple days I have notice I am running a a low grade fever. Yesterday it was 98.9 today was 99.4. All through the night I was hot and had to get up and get water. I have no signs of a cold or anything like that. I am perfectly fine other then the temp. Just no sign of period and discharge changes, and constipation and bloating.
