Have you tried doing the bicycle leg movements? My cousin always did that with her son when he had troubles with passing gas or pooping and it helped

There were many times my little one didn't poop for a few days when she was younger. as long as the last time baby went wasn't hard & doesn't seem to be in pain they should be fine
